Pima and Pinal County Filings

As more and more courts turn to e-filing, it is becoming more difficult for us to provide daily runs to some of those courts out of town. The volume of filings to Pima and Pinal counties has dropped to a level where it is no longer cost effective for us to make the daily round trip for the low price previously charged. With that being said, we are still happy to handle anything you have for those counties, just at a new rate.

Changes to the Pima / Pinal county daily run
Beginning August 1st, 2018, we will put into effect the following changes:

Same day filing or delivery for Pima Superior court - $2.40 a mile for $240

Same day filings for Pinal County – AJ satellite court– 37mi – $88.60 / Florence 64mi – $153.60

Next day filings for AJ satellite court- $35

Next day filings for Pima via Fed Ex - $60
