Clerk of the Maricopa County Superior Court

We are having some issues with the Clerk of the Court. The Clerk has changed from Michael Jeanes to Chris Derose. They are telling us that soon they will stop issuing subpoenas/summons with the wrong clerk's name on the document. Up until now they have corrected the document and issued it. In addition to that, there is a subpoena form on the Court's website that has two spots for issuance. The clerks at the filing counter have been hesitant to issue in both spots and some refuse to do so. We are working to resolve this with the court.
